Online Training

All online sessions will be run via 'zoom' participants will be sent a link to the workshop no later than a day before the workshop is due to be held. Some of the session may be recorded for training purposes. Participants will need to make sure they have full broadband access for the duration of the workshop/seminar.

Cancellations

Online Seminars

Cancellation of bookings if booking officer notified in writing one clear week before event full refund less £10 admin fee. For cancellations notified less than one week before event full fee payable. 

One Day Face to Face Training Workshops

Cancellation of bookings if booking officer notified in writing one clear month before event full refund less £50 admin fee. For cancellations notified less than one month before event full fee payable. 

Training Intensives

There is a non-refundable deposit payable of £200/€225. Cancellation of bookings: if booking officer notified in writing two clear months before event full refund less non refundable deposit. For cancellations notified less than two months before event full fee payable.
